SERVICE ESTIMATES AND PRICING

United Tree Care offers complimentary estimates for all services. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final pricing may vary based on:

  • Additional services requested during project execution
  • Unforeseen conditions discovered during service performance
  • Changes in project specifications
  • Emergency service requirements
All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified.

SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, project urgency, and weather conditions. We make every effort to provide services within the timeframe requested, but specific dates and times cannot always be guaranteed. For emergency tree services, we prioritize response based on the nature and severity of the emergency.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are as follows:
  • For standard services, full payment is due upon completion of the work.
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.
  • For emergency services, payment is due upon completion.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
  • Military and senior discounts are available with proper verification.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client of United Tree Care, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
  • Ensure proper access to your property on the day of service
  • Notify us of any property features that may affect service performance (e.g., septic systems, irrigation, underground utilities)
  • Secure permits if required for the requested services
  • Inform neighbors of scheduled work when appropriate
  • Remove vehicles and personal property from the work area
  • Keep pets and children away from the work area during service

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

United Tree Care stands behind the quality of our work:
  • All services are performed by experienced professionals using industry-standard practices.
  • We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 30 days following service completion.
  • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Tree Care shall not be liable for:

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the services in question

INSURANCE AND LICENSING

We hold all necessary licenses and permits required to provide tree care and landscaping services in the jurisdictions we serve.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of United Tree Care or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

PHOTOS AND TESTIMONIALS

We may take photographs of completed work for our portfolio and marketing purposes. By using our services, you grant us permission to photograph the work performed on your property and use such photographs for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
